If you have connected your keyboard to a hub, or to the USB ports on the computer keyboard of your Mac, these ports are not as stable as the direct ports on the Mac it self. Connect the keyboard to a direct USB port on the Mac, and run new studio setup again. Be sure to close the window of any previous studio setup.
