There is a possibility the drivers have not installed properly.

When re-installing the drivers it is always best to check the Evolution website for any updates.

1. Turn off the keyboard.
2. Delete 'Evolution OMS' from the OMS folder, and the two other Evolution driver files from the Extensions folder. Both of those folders are within the 'System Folder'.
3. Then get the latest versions the Mac drivers.
4. Run the downloaded driver installer.
5. Make sure the 'Evolution OMS' file is in 'System Folder' - 'OMS', and the other two Evolution driver files are in 'System Folder' - 'Extensions'.
6. Do a New Studio Setup in OMS. Make sure the window containing any previous studio setup is closed.
