It is possible, even with the Win2000
update patch installed you will still get crashes when
the keyboard is connected. This is because windows has
already assigned the native USB driver to the keyboard.
It is necessary to uninstall this driver.
To do this:
1. Ensure the keyboard is not connected.
2. Select My Computer|Control Panel|Add/remove hardware.
3. Select to uninstall a device.
4. When a device list appears listing your devices,
tick the 'show hidden' box.
5. You will now see the USB Composite device listed
in the device list.
6. Uninstall the USB composite device.
9. Proceed to run the drivers installer from our website.
