Technical Support> Frequently Asked Questions> windows 2000 USB Composite Device

It is possible, even with the Win2000 update patch installed you will still get crashes when the keyboard is connected. This is because windows has already assigned the native USB driver to the keyboard. It is necessary to uninstall this driver.

To do this:

1. Ensure the keyboard is not connected.
2. Select My Computer|Control Panel|Add/remove hardware.
3. Select to uninstall a device.
4. When a device list appears listing your devices, tick the 'show hidden' box.
5. You will now see the USB Composite device listed in the device list.
6. Uninstall the USB composite device.
9. Proceed to run the drivers installer from our website.

Still Not fixed?
